If each team stays healthy, they'll probably be better than the Bears. They definitely have better quarterbacks (at least as long as Andy Dalton is starting out) which makes a huge difference. Tom Brady and Dak Prescott are going to be on a show this season if they both stay healthy.
Brady and the Buccaneers are the defending Super Bowl champions. The Bears were actually one of the few teams to beat them in 2020, but that was early in the Tom Brady-Tampa Bay relationship. Now, they are a powerhouse team ready to try and are the first to repeat as champions in two decades.
For the Cowboys, their season can go several different ways. He has plenty of greats to support Dac Prescott including Ezekiel Elliott, Amari Cooper, Michael Gallup and CD Lamb. If they all play to the best of their ability, they can compete in the NFC East.
The Chicago Bears can learn a lot from the first game of the NFL season.
If the Bears were smart, they would see Justin Fields watching Tom Brady as much as they could. What he does both on and off the field is fantastic in every way and they want Justin to see Tom as many times as he can.
This is already a big game for the NFC landscape. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are likely to advance to the playoffs as the NFC South champions. As for the Cowboys, they will likely compete for the top spot in the NFC East and if they fall short they will compete with the Chicago Bears for one of the wild card spots. It's probably in Bear's best interest to watch the Cowboys lose as much as they can.
As mentioned earlier, the Bears have already played this version of the Buccaneers. He will get another chance to play with him later this year. This is an opportunity for the Bears to see how they play on the big stage a few weeks before their match. Whatever happens, it's going to be a lot of fun to watch as football is finally back.
