Last November, Wilson shared his excitement when she hit his goal weight with one month remaining in the year.
"Even though it's not about a weight number, it's about being healthy, I needed a solid measurement as a goal and that was 75kg," she wrote.
In December, the Australian actor resorted to Instagram Live to share some of the habits that helped him succeed in losing weight.
"I was determined to completely transform my entire lifestyle in 2020, the year of health indeed," she explained. "So it meant not only physically but mentally as well."
Wilson practices careful eating, focusing on high-protein, nutritious foods. She said it was also important for her to get her mental health under control, as she had a pattern of turning to food to deal with her emotions.
"It's just about how you manage it and what you can do for it ... Try to replace your unhealthy habits with healthier ones," she said.
Wilson also worked out with a trainer and made sure to keep her body in motion, even if it meant walking to take a few steps.
"Oddly, I never thought I would like hiking, walking uphill," she said. "Like, who would have thought this would be a fun activity? But freak it's cool. To be out in nature, get that air into your lungs. I really like it and that's why I do it all the time"
