Two-time gold medalist and two-time NBA champion Kevin Durant was appearing everywhere - and being brutally trolled - as the Olympic Games began with the opening ceremony in Tokyo on Friday.
Whether he was joking with his basketball teammates before the Parade of Nations or posing with fellow Team USA legends Katie Ledecky and Simone Manuel, Durant seemed to be in good spirits and enjoying the moment. was when he was preparing his quest for the Olympics. Three fives.

Then, something strange happened.
The entire Team USA delegation watched the 2016 men's basketball team plane ride a rendition of "A Thousand Miles" by Vanessa Carlton (shoutout to Olympian Carmelo Anthony) and made it KD's "Happy Birthday" serenade.
Team USA sang happy birthday to KD.

The only problem was... he doesn't even have a birthday. *rihanna voice*
The Brooklyn Nets superstar, who turned 33 on September 29, looked legitimately surprised by what was unfolding.
If you've ever been subjected to someone telling a waiter that it's your birthday when it's not at a restaurant, you know his harsh reaction was warranted. It was Red Robin's 2009 event that got me hooked. Some things you can't hear yet.
