The chain first notified subscribers on May 4 with a notice at the top of the company's website and an email, Fox News previously reported.
The "Industry Supply Chain Shortage" notice is still in force on the Chick-fil-A website as of Monday morning.
"Due to the lack of an industrywide supply chain, some items such as sauces may be unavailable," the notice said. "We apologize in advance for any inconvenience."
