Amber Heard SLAMS Johnny Depp fans who trolled her for being a ‘gold digger’; Claps back with SAVAGE reactions
Amber Heard recently took to Twitter to school Johnny Depp fans who were trolling her for being a “gold digger.” Scroll down to see what she said.
Actress Amber Heard, who recently went through a very public and controversial breakup and legal lawsuit against ex-husband Johnny Depp, is now responding personally to Depp's fans amid the former couple's ongoing legal battle. They are sending negative messages on social media.
For those unaware, the former flames were part of a legal suit filed by Johnny against The Sun, which he called a "wife-beater." After the two presented their side in person, Johnny lost his attempt to re-trial the case in the UK. There is still a defamation case in the US that will happen this year. Depp has filed a lawsuit in Virginia courts for defamation in a 2018 op-ed he wrote for The Washington Post in which he described himself as a survivor of domestic abuse, though he never named Depp. The actor is seeking USD 50 million in damages.
Months after the suit was filed in Amber's favor, the Aquaman actress dismissed Johnny's lawyer on Twitter as petty and is now sending a message to fans who have been talking to her. One fan replied to the dissatisfaction, saying, "I'd rather be shorter than an abusive gold digger." Amber responded and said, "It's good to be realistic with your goals."
She also wrote back to some of Johnny's other fans. When someone wrote, "The only reason JD lost is that it was against Rupert Murdock, not Amanda Heard. So in VA, it would be very different...." Amber quickly retorted saying : "It must be very hard."
