Katie & "The Bachelorette" 2021 contestants got to know each other at the Hyatt Regency Tamaya just outside of Albuquerque, New Mexico.
The resort has five restaurants, three pools, a full-service spa, an 18-hole golf course, & tennis courts.
After the last few seasons of the dating show, the cast & crew followed quarantine procedures. All cast & crew began to quarantine in early March, with filming starting a couple of weeks later.
Who is Katie Thurston?
Katie was a contestant on season 25 of Matt James's 'The Bachelor'.
The 30-year-old is described in her ABC bio as "courageous, daring and ready to be a man with whom she can build a life."
Katie's entrance was the climax of the Season 25 introduction when she arrived carrying a large pink light-up dildo. The Washington native also went viral for a TikToker wishing to "have sex with a ghost" & became a sex positivity icon.
Although Katie did not make it to Matt's hometown roundup, she remained a fan favorite & "emerged as a prominent voice who repeatedly stood up against bullying and negativity in the house."

This season will welcome some well-known faces, professional athletes and the brother of a famous rapper. The 34 potential men vying for Katie's love were announced on the official "The Bachelorette" Facebook page.
The men are between 26 & 36 years old, which is higher than the average age range for "The Bachelor" franchise.
TV spoiler expert Reality Steve revealed that he has reason to believe that Katie found him happily ever after & is currently engaged.
In his podcast, Steve said: "Katie definitely got engaged at the end of it, & unless she broke up before the finale, which I guess could be anything, but she's happy & when When we speak, we persevere, so I hope that lasts."
Their season was considered so successful that it quickly wrapped up with Katy not knowing what & whom she wanted.
